iGrow Solar Light Sensor

When used with the iGrow Solar Light Sensor, this low cost light sensor offers an accurate, yet cost effective tool to measure solar energy. With a universal mounting bracket and 50ft of cable, this light sensor can be placed inside or outside your greenhouse for smart irrigation, CO2, and intelligent curtain control. Used with curtains, it can detect amount of incoming light and maximize light exposure during evenings or minimizes light/heating during the day. This sensor can also be used to measure accumulated light for smart irrigation, and when used with the optional CO2 sensor you can inject CO2 during the photosynthesis process to maximize plant growth, while minimizing cost.
